PickleDrill360 Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PickleDrill360, a product of XR Sports Training, Inc.
By accessing or using PickleDrill360, you agree to these Terms.
1. About PickleDrill360
PickleDrill360 is an immersive pickleball training system designed to help players practice drills, track performance, and improve consistency using mixed reality.
PickleDrill360 is intended as a training tool and is not a substitute for professional coaching, instruction, or medical advice.
2. Eligibility and Parental Responsibility
You must be at least 10 years old to use PickleDrill360.
If you are under 13, you may only use PickleDrill360 with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising use of the product and ensuring a safe play environment.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Hardware Requirements
PickleDrill360 currently supports:
• Meta Quest 3
• Meta Quest 3S
We do not guarantee compatibility with other devices now or in the future.
You are responsible for maintaining your device and ensuring it is safe and suitable for use.
4. Physical Safety and Assumption of Risk
PickleDrill360 involves real physical movement and active play.
By using PickleDrill360, you acknowledge and agree:
• You are responsible for ensuring a safe play area before each session
• Your play space must be clear of people, pets, furniture, and obstacles
• You must maintain awareness of your surroundings at all times
• You should avoid uneven or unsafe surfaces
• Outdoor use is not recommended and is at your own risk, including potential damage to your headset and possible harm to your eyes
Use of PickleDrill360 may involve risks, including but not limited to:
• Physical injury
• Collisions with objects or people
• Property damage
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the product.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that younger users maintain a safe play environment and use the product appropriately.
5. Grip Adapter
PickleDrill360 may be used with an optional grip adapter.
• The grip adapter is manufactured and fulfilled by a third party partner, FormX Design
• Shipping, defects, returns, and fulfillment are handled by FormX Design
• XR Sports Training may assist with support but is not the manufacturer
When using the grip adapter:
• Ensure the controller is securely attached before use
• Use the included safety strap
• Be aware that fast swings can cause injury or damage to nearby people or objects
The grip adapter has a similar weight to a real paddle but is shorter in length. Improper use may increase the risk of injury or damage.
You are responsible for the safe use of all accessories.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
PickleDrill360 is offered through subscription plans.
Plans
• Base Monthly
• Base Annual
• Family Monthly
• Family Annual
All plans include full access to the PickleDrill360 training system, drill library, and performance tracking features.
Annual plans include a grip adapter after the free trial ends.
Free Trial
• Base plans include a 7 day free trial
• Family plans include a 14 day free trial
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.
Billing
• Subscriptions are billed through your Meta account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
Plan Changes
• Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Meta account. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with Meta’s subscription policies.
7. Accounts and Household Use
Your subscription is intended for use within a single household.
• Multiple profiles may be available depending on your plan
• Multiple headsets within a household are allowed
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring it is not used outside your household.
8. Data and Performance Tracking
PickleDrill360 collects and stores performance data, which may include:
• Shot accuracy, speed, and spin
• Drill completion and session activity
• Usage patterns and progress over time
This data is used to:
• Provide performance insights and feedback
• Improve the product and training experience
• Enable features such as leaderboards and comparisons
We may use anonymized data for analytics, research, and marketing purposes.
9. User Created Drills and Content
PickleDrill360 allows users to create and share drills and other content.
By creating content within PickleDrill360, you grant XR Sports Training, Inc. a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to use, display, modify, distribute, and promote that content within the product and in connection with PickleDrill360.
User created drills may be made available to other users.
XR Sports Training may remove or modify content at its discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, content, design, and functionality within PickleDrill360 are owned by XR Sports Training, Inc.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the product.
11. Training Disclaimer
PickleDrill360 is designed to help you practice and improve your pickleball skills.
However:
• Results are not guaranteed
• Performance improvements vary by individual
• The product is not a replacement for a coach, instructor, or medical professional
12. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the product
• Share your account outside your household
• Engage in abusive, harmful, or disruptive behavior
You may stop using PickleDrill360 at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XR Sports Training, Inc. is not liable for:
• Personal injury or physical harm
• Damage to property
• Loss of data or progress
• Service interruptions or technical issues
Your use of PickleDrill360 is at your own risk.
14. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia.
You agree to waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of PickleDrill360 after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
